Forms used to apply for SPAA membership may be found on this site. This site does not capture data from these forms. The forms must be printed out, filled in by hand, and delivered in person to the SPAA office.

SPAA exists separately and independently from the Seattle Police Department and the City of Seattle.

Agreement between You and the Seattle Police Athletic Association

Seattle Police Athletic Association, Inc. offers this website (the “Site”) for your use conditioned on your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices listed below (the “Terms”) and elsewhere on this site. Please read these terms carefully.

Seattle Police Athletic Association, Inc. (“SPAA”) is a Washington State non-profit corporation whose legal address is 11030 E Marginal Way S, Tukwila, WA 98168. SPAA is a membership-based organization. It maintains the Site to provide information about the SPAA, its facilities, the services it offers, and how to apply for membership. Portions of this site may be restricted to SPAA members, SPAA staff, or Site administrators.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to the Privacy Policy described on this page. Please review the Privacy Policy to learn more about our data collection practices.

Children Under 13

This Site may contain functions that allow you to send email to SPAA or participate in discussion forums or bulletin board services. SPAA reserves the right to review and modify or remove any materials you have submitted to the Site in its sole discretion. SPAA reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all services provided by the Site without notice for any reason whatsoever.

SPAA reserves the right to disclose any information needed to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

By posting, uploading, or submitting any intellectual property you own, or for which you have rights or a license authorizing such distribution, you grant SPAA and its necessary sublicensees a perpetual, irrevocable license to use such intellectual property, including without limitation the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display or perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and identify you as author, copyright owner, or provider. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SPAA, its officers, directors, employees, membership, and agents, and related third parties including website developers and administrators, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or its services or functions, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable law, rules, or regulations.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is goverened by the laws of the State of Washington. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the State of Washington in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

Changes to Terms

SPA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which this Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
